Kailash Manasarovar via Helicopter is exclusively crafted for those pilgrims who are willing to travel for a specific short span of time, but have an ardent yearning to pay respect to the abode of Lord Shiva. Therefore, Richa Tours has specially carved an outlined itinerary that saves the client’s honorable time and avoids the long strenuous vehicular journey.

Our Company performed the first Helicopter Yatra in 2000 for the Sahara family from India and it was a noble honor to cater them. Since then, Richa Tours has teamed up with professional crew to provide a complete service. Our team includes the Humla  Resort in Nepalgunj, chain of hotels in Purang, Lake Manasarovar, Darchen, Dirapuk and Zhuthulpuk. Also, we are incorporating with Sita Air as our partner airlines to Simikot supported by Mountain Helicopter for the shuttle to Hilsa. For safety, Qualified Medical Doctors are stationed at Purang & Lake Manasarovar. An exclusive is stationed at Lake Manasarovar for Puja  With the cooperation from Foreign Exchange Centre (FEC); Richa Tours lets you embark on a “journey of a lifetime”.

BOOKING CONDITION:

• As per Foreign Exchange Centre policy, a Single Permit for each Group shall be issued. Therefore complete naming list of the Group should be sent along with a clear passport copy, minimum 5 weeks prior to the Groups entry date.
• The Original Passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from the date of travel.
• Original Passport should be made available to us in New Delhi for Group visa application. Passport should reach us 2 weeks prior to the Groups travel date.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• A booking fee of Inrs.10,000 per person at the time of sending the Group Naming List
• 50 % of the Tour Payment , 4 weeks prior to Group travel Date
• Balance Amount to be paid minimum 2 weeks prior to the Groups arrival to Nepal

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

• Once the Group naming list has been submitted, there will be a cancellation fee of USD200 per person for any cancellation.
• 25 % Cancellation Fee for any cancellation , 4 weeks prior to date of travel
• 35 % Cancellation Fee for any cancellation , 3 weeks prior to date of travel
• 50 % Cancellation Fee for any cancellation , 2 weeks prior to date of travel
• 100 % Cancellation Fee for any cancellation , 1 week  prior to date of travel
