Trip Overview

Travel to the abode of Lord Shiva in the fastest and easiest route.

Our 11 days trip to Mt. Kailash via Helicopter is one of the most popular routes as it allows the pilgrim to travel in a short span of time by avoiding the long strenuous vehicular journey. Representative of spiritual beliefs and an oasis of natural beauty, a visit to Mt. Kailash will surely surpass all desires for every pilgrim for sure. Mt. Kailash also known as Mt. Meru is the focal point of the Buddhist existence where the founder of Buddhism, Sakyamuni, performed Buddhist customs. It is otherwise called the Hall of Lord Shiva in Hinduism. This is no envisioned world portrayed in Abhidharmako Satra of Buddhist sacred text, yet a holy real Mountain, offering profound spiritual peace, that any pilgrim may encounter directly. Thus, making it a sacred site for four different religions namely the Hindus, Buddhists, Jains and Bon’s.

The major part of the journey is covered by especially Chartered Helicopters. The trip begins with a fixed wing flight to Nepalgunj and to the next stopover, Simikot and vice versa to conclude the trip. Similarly, helicopters are used to and fro to fly in and out to Hilsa. It is important for pilgrims to come with a cooperative mindset that flight cancellations are probable in chances of harsh weather conditions and our Company will do everything to keep our clients content. Guests should be mentally and physically prepared for the basic accommodation in Simikot and Hilsa, respectively and should not mind the challenges that may arise once the journey commences.
